shocked If you were as Shocked as I was, dont worry!Just in case you were surfing and got that Site Suspended error, like I did, calm down, it is ok!

I called the Host, and they had no idea what happened, must have just been a freak thing! I guess you could call it a server burp?

Since my host offers unlimited everything, it scared the heck out of me!

I can tell you this, a long time ago, I got that same error message at Google.com! I thought that was funny, but when it happened here, and to me, as well as the other users that sent me a message, it worried me!

I have to tell you, I love my host, HostMonster.com, when this happened, I was caller number 9 on their list, in less than a minute, I was connected with the support department, and they quickly checked everything out, assuring me there was no problem.

I am sorry if this freaked anyone else out, let me know if it happens again when I am not looking, but just remember, if it does, it’s not an issue, just refresh the page and keep on surfing!

Here we are, it is Friday again! TrafficComplex members are breaking records!

trafficcomplex stats 6 27 08 Here we are, it is Friday again! TrafficComplex members are breaking records!Ok, we did it! Just as I checked the stats, it passed the 100,000 mark! That was our goal for last week, and we did it with room to spare, there are still several hours of surfing left today!

Since no one sent in a screen shot, and it was a team effort, everybody wins! I am going to post the bonus credits as soon as I finish this post!

Hey, these numbers are nothing like the big guys out there, but hey, this is only after what, 20 days, I don’t count the first day, the 7th, but look at us go!

We are getting a lot of referrals, one member here probably has gotten close to 10 sign-ups! Great job!

During a spot check, I saw one that was a referral of a referral, and they were both racking up the credits! Great work everybody!

So, what is our goal for this coming week? well, since the last week we had about 20,000 pages shown, and this week will be well over 100,000, lets set a goal of another 10 good members, and shoot for 150,000 page views! that will be what, with about 30 members now, 40 members should be able to get it done!

I am giving everybody a 1,000 credit bonus now, we make the next goal, it will be even better! So, get out your referral pages, surf like maniacs, we can get all the traffic we need! As always on Friday night, the surfbar bonuses are cranked up, so let’s get surfing!!

Thanks again for all of your hard work, if there were a surf championship, I would definitely enter this team!

As I am writing this, after just checking a few stats, there is one thing I can tell you, this traffic exchange has teamwork! We have many new members, which sent about 40-50,000 bonus credits, to our referring members! Not to mention the per page viewed bonuses, right now set to .2 credits for each page view! Now is the time to join other traffic exchanges, publish your referral page, and recruit some new members!   Why that, do you ask? Simple, the fewer opportunities there are to choose from, the more likely it is that you will be the one to get the referral!

Don’t forget to bring your referral page from that traffic exchange, and add it to your list, maybe you will get a referral there too?

I have my referral page out there! So far it is on about 100 exchanges, although it is still not approved on most of those, and yes, I surf those sites regularly and have for a long time, anyway, the point being, you can get in at the ground level, and later, when it is your team members, that are generating massive credits for you and each other!

On the first level, along with the 5,000 credit bonus, every time someone you refer directly, surfs 5 pages, you get a credit, that is a .2 per page view rate, as a bonus, forever!

When that referral gets a referral, first, you get 500 credits and when that new team member surfs 10 pages, you will get a credit, and when that member, refers someone you will get 250 credits and again, every time they surf 20 pages, you will get a credit, the next one, and from there on, you will get 125 credits up front and for every 20 pages a credit! So, if, during the early days of this site, you get your referral pages out first, you will get lots and lots of free credits! I’ll put the rate list below, if that was as confusing to you as it was to me! I just reread it and got dizzy!

  1. Level one Referral: 5,000 credits and for the pages they view a rate of .2 or 5:1.
  2. Level two Referral: 500 credits and a .1 rate or 10:1.
  3. Level three Referral:250 credits and a .05 rate or 20:1.
  4. Level four through ten Referral: 125 credits and the same .05 rate or 20:1.

The point of this story is that we have some great members, working hard, long and often, thanks!

Don’t forget, send me those screenshots for the last 7 days of pages viewed on monday, and every monday from now on, and the winner will get a bonus! Don’t try and cheat please, I am watching, and will verify, looks like we’ll have a tight race this week, there are a few of you kicking butt! When you send the screen-shot, title the image with your member number and user name, not your email address.

Ok, what the heck happened? I fixed it!

what the Ok, what the heck happened? I fixed it!Ok, sorry if I made somebody mad! Obviously, I screwed up! We went from hundreds of pageviews per hour to almost none! Ok, I get it, i will change the surfbar bonuses! Hey, I surf everyday, I surf hundreds of sites, the thought that I could surf one site for like 250 pageviews, and get 5,000 credits for it, well, that would rock my world! However, nobody else seems to like the idea, and everybody went away!

This calls for a change, from this point forward, till monday sometime, I am going to fix my mistake! Lets try something like 10 pageviews for 100 credits! What do you think? No, I screwed up, so I’ll set it to 10 pages, 250 credits!

Go to the complaint department, and let me know, I have started a forum with the title, “What motivates you to surf?” There you can tell me what you want, what kind of bonuses will get you to surf? Tell me and I will make it happen!

By the way, I have no idea who these people in the picture are, but that is the look I can imagine those that didn’t like my bonuses, having on their faces! Except her, she kinda looks happy about it, buzzed maybe, but she is smiling.

Anyway, It is changed, surf your brains out!

Friday night is like my day off, I go to a buddies house, drink a couple of brews and just hang out, talking about his tie dyes, home brewing, and general B.S.

What does that mean to you? It means, if you surf, you will be rewarded! From the time this post goes up, until Monday morning, the surfbar bonus is cranked up to 5,000 credits for viewing 250 pages!

Surfing 250 pages may sound like a lot, but with the timer set to 7 seconds, it happens fast! So, watch it closely and don’t miss it!

Now is also a great time to get your referral pages out there, the bonus for a sign-up from your referral page is 5,000 credits! And, you get 10 credits for each unique visitor, per day, to your page! I know, your sites won’t get activated on the other surf sites tonight, but they will in the future and those bonuses are good for a while yet! I know, there are those that will refer themselves just to get the credits, don’t do it, that is cheating! Cheaters will be caught and you will lose those bonus credits!

All of those that sign up after I leave the house, and surf like fiends, will also get a special bonus! When I get back home tonight, I will be activating sites, as I do everyday, so that you will get plenty of hits to your sites this weekend. Just sign-up, surf and build up your credits, lets see if we can hit the 100,000 mark, we have been on our way to doing about 15,000 sites viewed per day, over 3 days that would be about 45,000, so, 100,000 hits isnt that far off!

There is another bonus offer, but will require some work on your part, other than surfing, you will need to send me a screen-shot of your “Hits earned last 7 days:” in your members area, I know, it’s a pain, but whoever does send this in to me, will get bonus credits, and the one that has the most, will get a 25,000 credit bonus! What does that mean? Even if you miss out on the surfbar bonus, and surf like crazy, you will get rewarded for your efforts! I use ScreenHunter for my screen-shot needs, it is fast easy and you can get the free version to use, just follow the link to get yours!

Ok, now you are wondering where to send the email, well, come Monday, after all the dust has settled, I will send out an email to everyone, just reply to that email and add your screen-shot, simple enough huh? All of the screen-shots will be posted here, so get busy!

I know, the weekend is when people try to drop the bad code and redirects and such, if you sind a site doing this, report it and I will take it from there. You can either hit the link to the abuse report on the surfbar, or go the the Complaint Department and post it there, you’ll see where to go and what to do.

I know, this is a new traffic exchange, and you want to wait until it gets established, don’t wait too long!

For a very limited time yet, we are giving away the surfers dream! I still need a couple of FREE Founding Members, a $99 a year value, once we are established!

So, what is this Founding Member thing? That is 400,000 FREE credits total for a year, that is 100,000 credits that will post automatically to your account every 90 days! That is a 1:1.5 surf ratio, when minimized, and a 1:2 surf ratio when maximized! You can also add up to 10 URLs! Do you think that will help your site?

Yes, there are rules, and Nothing in life is totally FREE, so, here is the fine print, as a Free Founding Member, you must surf, and I mean surf regularly and often! No, you don’t have to surf 24/7, but as often as you can, for as long as you want, and don’t forget the surfbar bonuses!

As a surfer myself, yes, I surf lots of sites, so, based on my experience, I have decided that one thing that bothers me on some sites, is that you don’t know when, or if, the bonus will ever appear! There has been a few times, that I have surfed into the hundreds of page views, watching, waiting, but I never saw a bonus pop up, so, that bothers me, so I won’t ever do that to anyone else!

If you will surf at least 10 pages, you may see one, sometimes it may be 25 pages, it just depends on my mood! I promise, they are there, and if you watch the numbers, page views is what you have to watch, so, when surfing maximized and you are getting that odd number, you may have to do some math, but, it will always be in multiples of 5 pageviews and the longer in between, the bigger the bonus, which will be at least a 1:10 return, so it is worth it to watch for!

I even may post a super sized bonus on there, once we do get busier, that would be like 20, 000 credits for surfing 1000 pages, or even 10,000 credits for surfing 500 pages, hmm, what about 5,000 for viewing 250 pages? Watch here TrafficComplex.com for the info, and check the TrafficComplex .com Discussion Board too, there may be a special bonus if you post a reply in the Contests and Tips forum, look for it, you’ll see what to do.

The main way to know what is going on, is to look at the post that is on the top of the Home Page, and the Events Calendar, between the two of those and the discussion Board, you will find the answers! If you have read this post I will tell you, from now until the next post, who knows when that will be,the surbar bonus is set to 25 pages and a 250 credit bonus! That means, if you are a new member, surf minimized, and you surf 100 pages, along with your initial 3000 credits, you could have 4100 credits! Here is the biggie, until the next post, the timer will also be set to seven (7) seconds!

Did you create a masterpiece site, but you are the only one looking at it?

What can you do to get more people to look at your site? The best place to start is of course the search engines, like Google, Yahoo, MSN, and the others, but how?

The fastest way to get your site indexed is to use Google’s Webmaster Tools, if you don’t have a Google account, get one, then just sign in using your new Google Account information. (Once Google picks it up, the others will follow!)

Once you log in, you will be at the Dashboard, this is where you begin by entering your website information, starting with the URL “http://yoursite.com” , then you need to verify ownership, this is simple, you create a blank html file, named as Google instructs, then upload that to your site’s root directory using an FTP program like SmartFTP, that is my favorite, once you do that, click the Verify button, next, comes the most important part, the sitemap.

For a great sitemap generator go to GSiteCrawler and download it, once that is done, just follow the setup instructions and it will automatically upload it to your site, also in the root directory. If you have a WordPress Blog, there is a plugin, that works great as well, as a matter of fact, the WordPress plugin, Google XML Sitemaps, is so easy and it automatically updates every time you write a post! Anyway, once you have a sitemap, and have it in the proper place, go back to Google Webmaster Tools Dashboard, click the URL for the site you just added, and follow the link for add sitemap, remember it should be in your root directory so the URL should be “http://yoursite.com/sitemap.xml” once that is done, it is time to promote your website!

Always remember, marketing is like a bicycle wheel, the more spokes, the stronger and more true your wheel, so, every method you use is another spoke. Now look, everybody has a right to promote whatever they want to, but not here, there are hundreds of other traffic exchanges out there for anything not allowed here.

Here is my plan for this site, a Social Network of Webmasters that need people to see their sites, a place to exchange links, a link directory, and also a place to exchange ideas.
